Common questions

Can the assistant change things on its own?

No. It acts as you, with your permissions, and every change or message waits for you to confirm it. The assistant is included on Pro and Enterprise plans.

How does the beta work?

Request access with the beta form. We're onboarding leagues, clubs and programs in small groups and will email you when your spot is ready.

Do you offer school or nonprofit pricing?

Schools and registered nonprofits may qualify for lower pricing, decided case by case. Tell us about your organization in the beta form.

Do players and parents pay to use BenchBoss?

No. Your plan covers your team, league or organization, and players and parents sign in free to register, pay and follow along.

When will pricing be available?

We'll publish pricing at launch. Beta participants hear about it first, before anything is billed.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move between tiers, or from Team to League or Organization, and keep your data.
